Potxar la cebolla con la tapa puesta / Onions in oil with the lid on

Añadir ajos fritos / Add garlic previously fried to the onions

Cortar las verduras /Vegetables: chop chop

Carne con pimienta / Season meat with pepper

Añadir carne a la cebolla pochada con ajos / Add to onion-garlic mix. Cook for a while

Añadir las verduras / Add all the veges.
 Add wine and bay leaves if you like.
Tapar /Cover.

Cascar las patatas / Rough cut potatoes.
Añadir a la cazuela cuando la carne este casi hecha. Add to the pot when meat is nearly done.
Añadir agua / Add water.
